The order process in the AIGNER online shop consists of five simple steps. To begin the order, please click on the shopping basket at the top right and then on the ‘Submit purchase’ button.
1st step: Ordering as a guest or registering an account
The AIGNER online shop gives you the option of conveniently ordering as a guest. If you would like to do this, simply complete the registration details for your order, and then click on the ‘Continue to next step: selection of payment method’ button. The information stated here is automatically used as a billing address. If you would like to register, simply click on the tick box ‘Register as a customer’ and then enter a password. Please make note of this password as we do not send this separately by e-mail for your own security. To complete the process, click on the ‘Continue to next step: selection of payment method’ button, the same as for guest orders.
2nd step: Entering a different shipping address
If you would like to use a different shipping address, please click on ‘Ship to other address’. A further input area now appears underneath. Enter the desired address information here and then click on the ‘Continue to next step: selection of payment method’ button.

In the third step, you can choose between the payment methods offered. You can find more information on the payment methods we accept here. For the credit card payment method, you are transferred to the page of the respective payment provider once the order is submitted. Your data is transmitted securely and in an encrypted form. To continue, please then click on the ‘Continue to next step: overview of your order data’ button.
4th step: Order overview
In the last step, you will see an overview of your order. Please accept the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy. Then please click on ‘Buy now’. In the event of credit card payment, you will be transferred to the page of our payment provider. Please complete your payment details there and confirm the payment. Otherwise, the order has not been submitted correctly and will not be processed. Once the order is complete, you will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
